Dear List,
Well, this is exactly what I mean by a matter of perspective! I don't want
to belittle the horror this might be to some. I remember when this happened
to me. "you have just been f***d by everyone in the entire universe. Happy
New Year" the "entity" said. Oh Yeah? I thought!
Those who have been brought up in strong Christian beliefs might be horrified
at envisioning Hindu deities.
One of the worst, of course, is the fear that experiencing visions or voices
means you are going mad.
It is another matter, however, for those who suffer physical pain from the
energy. Despite my posts on Pleasure/pain, I do not believe the pain is the
fault, in any way whatever, of those experiencing it. I think the energy can
sometimes be simply too strong for the human body.
What is wonderful about this list, is that we can be reassured that we are
not alone in our experiences, no matter how horrific, or, for that matter,
blissful.
