One of my mentors says to me that pain is just a sensation .. not to project
attitude onto it.
I am no expert.

Was it Amanda who was describing pain as pleasure, and ecstasy too? I know for
me sometimes my most beautiful experiences are preceded or accompanied by
stronger pain - which hurts less! It seems I get two messages at once .. One is
the body screaming in aligning with something it doesn't understand - I see this
is where our study fits in and supporting one another ... and the other is in
the simulataneous orgasm of receiving the vastness in through the Higher Self ..
Isn't it confusing at first when you get both selves messaging to you the
Witness?
In smoothing the relationship between the two - dual self and Unity Self (which
are so different!) - that is our goal .. to develop a trusting harmonious
realtionship between the two - we attain Peace of Mind and vibration in time.
I used to think that the dual self would be no more. Now I don't think this. Now
I think it remains so you keep experiencing further expansions as duality whilst
maintaining Unity Self knowing too.
