Jennel finally sussed this
piece of the Self out and correctly/incorrectly
accused her/him of being a K impostor.
That was such a funny name, I think I*ll use it for
a while until I get used to the thought of being
accused. I mean, I was really sore about it yesterday
and this morning, but thought what the hell. Why not
try something new for a change and give ppl what they
want. Why keep resisting things ? At least this way
they can*t say this little self didn*t aim to please. ;)

Yes, about that:
Someone mentioned once on this list that trying to
force breath into the lungs when K was keeping the
breath low was VERY important
not to do.
I wholeheartedly agree with this.
Doing pranayama or any kind of forced breathing is
probably not good when K is up and running.
Let K do the breathing for you.
Just a few more cents on mind control.
