Dear Melissa,
   I think that it is okay just to go with the flow and not try to move the
energy up and away. When I went thru the process that you are going thru, I
just enjoyed it for what it was. Eventually it calmed down but the
sensitivity to quick sexual arousal is still there, so I don't think that
you need to worry about losing it. It certainly is intense, isn't it!
   There seems to be more problems with trying to move the energy than just
letting it have its way....when things get too bad/or out of control then
you could ask the goddess to go easy on you, but when you can handle
it...just let it flow. I am a Reiki III and know that the healings only do
good and have started awakened K in many people but I didn't get awakened
that way. I became a healer to help balance my energy after K rising. It
has helped me and I know it will do the same for you. Much love, Julie
