Hello again Dharma and rest of list, :)

Yes, that is probably correct. There is a fine line
between catharsis and revelling in things. :)

OK, thanks for the advice.
I suspect the dream stuff is doing some kind of
unconscious clearing these days. It's uncomfortable,
but I got a clear message from my guide that it is
nothing to worry about and will be over in due course.

Yup ! They usually evaporate into nothingnes and my
experience is that K makes that happen even faster.

Yes, of course it is, but what about external
events like death and bereavement ? Are those
not emotions that come directly from the soul ?

LOLOL !!! That is a very good description !
I guess we should all leave the scripts at home or
better yet, step off the stage and go for lunch instead. ;)

Peace, really, balance and a sort of void, like a
state of non-emotion.

:) I can clearly see why.

So what was the way you would have preferred to be ?
I think this is interesting as it is an exploration
into the samadhi states and how ppl experience that.
Best regards,
Amanda.
