Can K increase if you ask for it too ?

What about through the ajna ?
I find myself hurtling little balls of light
or just plain emotional "up" energy towards ppl
through the heart chakra. I've done it before I realize
it. I don't think anyone has been hurt by it.
You also mentioned somewhere that one shouldn't do
martial arts while K overactive. Can martial arts
increase K ?
Again, I must thank you for writing the excellent
advice about how to deal with the overactive K to the
list. You can bet that for every person writing in,
there are at least three lurkers needing to hear the
same thing. Or wondering about the same. :)
It's good to have experienced energy workers here on
the list to tell stories of the balanced awakenings.
