That happened to me, too, Jill. I got a red itchy, bumpy circle about three
inches in diameter over my heart chakra.
And I am still bothered periodically by what I call my K stripe. It's red,
hot, and itchy, too. It's about four inches wide and goes from the base of
my spine up to the back of my head.
Since my k explosion, I seldom sweat anymore...and I used to sweat profusely
at the slightest heat.
I also get red, hot feet that wake me nearly every night. The heat radiates
halfway up my shins now. The heat used to be mostly at the soles of my feet
but now is more at the top, especially across the arch.
