Dear Greta,
I read your call for help and first of all I have to say that you are not
insane or crazy!
What I feel about this is, that there is a large amount of Kundalini Shakti
going on here.
I can understand that all these symptomes are making you afraid. You have to
deal with so much at the same time, that you can really feel overwhelmed by
it.
Eight years ago my K. awakened with such a force too. I was terrified
because I did not know it was Kundalini. I also went through the visions,
the electricity, the past-lives-stuff, most of the things you describe and I
was totally alone with no human help.
Maybe I can reassure you a bit. The loss of weight is normal, and everything
you describe is quite normal seen from the point of view of K. Normal, but
just heavy to deal with.
I still cannot be in crowds or meet many people. It changed my life in a
quiet one. Because of the electricity I am all over-sensitive, but that will
improve,when the energies will find their place. So maybe there will be a
time that you have to stay in your home more often or to be in nature. Your
life-style will maybe change, but- what I can say from my experience- there
will be great help too.
The K. will not only remove your physical blockages but also all kind of
illusions and ideas and will bring you , as time goes by, to a clear
consciousness.
Try not to be panicked ( I know that is easy for me to say) , but I´ve gone
and I am still going through this all and I am still alive.
It´s the next day now- I have to work on my sons computer, because that´s
the one with an internet-connection- and he came home when I was writing you
yesterday evening.
I saw Dharma has already given you her reply and I can only affirm from my
own experience
what she is saying.
For me the book of Bonnie Greenwell was a great help. The title is in
English: Energies of Transformation: A Guide to the Kundalini Process /
Shakti River Press, Cupertino (CA), U.S.A.
I read it in Dutch, because I live in the Netherlands. The ISBN-number in my
book is:
90-202-4083-8 (I´m not sure, but I think these numbers are international).
