Yes, and as Ah Sam said too, the yoga postures are
kriyas meant to ease the flow of K
, they are not an end in themselves.

That is the K flowing more easily as a result of
doing the kriyas.

I experience the same as Jill.
Nowadays, I get kriyas in dreams and
dreamless sleep,
not in the
form of spontaneous yoga postures but as an
ever present
sense of being present, if you know what I mean.
It's a bit disturbing and tireing, but it is only a
step on the way.
If there are no spontaneous yoga
postures, there will something else wonderful.
Don't miss it when it's gone and don't look for
substitutes. Something else will come up.
Just go with the flow and see where it takes you. :)
