Just for Grins I am reposting what Zorba had written to me ( hope thats ok)
when I asked about my kundalini..I kept it as a reminder..it has proved to
be quite true....and re-read it from time to time :-)

it is that she be LADY of Her own Mind. To have an
activation can mean She is stayin' an' a shiftin' ye in many
ways or She kin jess be intense, wreck ye bed and gone before
the mornin' light. (ahh... memories!)
Anyhoo, don't fight with the LADY, She be a Wave stirrin'
in ye consciousness that kin take ye places ye have never
been. If ye has some specific symptoms then put them
forward an' some folks here will be a knowin aboot it,
otherwise ye be a standin' before the Gates of the Oracle
of Delphi about to be given a free tour of the sayin' "Woman - Know Thy
Self."
