Dear Robert,
I too have this spontaneous yoga postures -- so called kriyas -- regularly
during my chi kung practices. My experience is that they are felt when K or
prana encountered blockages. When there are less blockages, kriyas will be
gentler. Also they depend on how active your K is at the time too. I just
"go with the flow" and enjoy the experience.
I am still in the learning mode and I appreciate further enlightened
thoughts from the list.
Sam.
