I am glad you appreciate my thoughts on Pranayama.

When one is trying to work on Prana & K, there is disturbance in Nature,
which causes problems. We try to understand nature which is complicate and
which is beyond our mind. Our efforts are always to find solutions with our
limited mind.
A Guru is like a doctor. A True Guru is more than a doctor. A doctor goes
by symptoms/possible cause/s and prescribes to restore a healthy body. A
true Guru understands the nature.
A search must be on to find a True Guru, when you find one, your problems
with Prana & K are resolved.

There is nothing wrong in following one's own inner Guru/Guide/Sixt sense,
while working with Prana/K. But this has limitatations.
Spiritual evolution is a on going process-from incarnation to incarnations.
It takes millions of birth-death cycle to reach a high spiritual level. It
is certain that you will be able to know your position in the spiritual
level scale, when you cross all the limitations of your mind.
Each one of us are working, without knowing spiritual level/knowing
something of our selves/nature. A True Guru is aware of everything. For
him it doesn't matter when you find him, for he has answers for all your
problems.
>Just wondering,is/was your guru in India or in the US?
I am lucky enough to meet and talk to my guru at will. We live just 3 kms
away in Bangalore, India. He is younger to me by couple of years and looks
ordinary, nothing different from others.
Look forward for more interactions.
With love,
Gopal
