The medulla oblongata is connection to prana,
for the life force giving life into the physical
body.
I have never seen in any book just dealing
with kundalini and chakras only that there
is a chakra at the back of the neck at end
of the spine. But seems logical to me there
may have to be one!!
In self healing I use visual connection to
this and send energy to anywhere in body
kundalini (or awareness) :) :) Tells me I
should direct it.
And for poll, probably too late for concensus,
I feel heat in all lower chakras, light of all
colors, and bliss, in upper ones, and a
tremendous input of knowledge. Mostly
enter myself through ajna, or third eye!
Take care and I never mean`t to upset
anyone with the damn book, until very
recently did not understand many of the
workings of the list!
