I don't use anything to symbolize them.

I feel strong activity in the forehead and crown chakra. There has been
ongoing awareness of the crown chakra since k first broke loose. It used
to feel like a small bag of sand was sitting on my head, in the beginning.
Also I could feel energy radiating several inches above the head when I put
my hand there. That is still the case. But the activity in that area is
larger and wider and extends farther above the head now. There are similar
feelings with the forehead. The sensation of energy traveling through
those areas are increased by meditation or any other spiritual activity.
Sometimes I feel the throat and heart chakras as well, rarely the solar
plexus and not really the lower chakras at all, except very mildly if I
direct prana to those centers. I get an awareness of the solar plexus one
sometimes when I am running.

No. In the very first experiences of k,I felt the path of up the spine, out
the head, and down the front, and each area got intensely hot as the k
traveled through it. After that it seemed one area or system would be
worked on for awhile, but there was not an idenitifiable path of activity.
