I'm starting to understand something now. It is easy for me to not eat for an entire day (and actually, I have on a couple of occasions been able to go for a whole day without eating OR drinking) by doing that. At first, there was willpower involved, then it was a shifting of focus and power upward to the third eye, and lately, it was just a matter of me thinking about it.

I'm not so much concerned with little things like that as much as moving objects and the like without laying a finger on them. . . not so much as to show off, but to get a little more exercise of inner power. So things like getting rid of a recurring sinus problem and levitating and even materializing something are of interest to me, if it's true, though, that it can be done through a re-direction of prana. The hows of managing prana to do those bigger things were what I was interested in to begin with.

I used to be able to make a strand of hair disappear (and a few small insects) years ago, just by looking at it for a while. . . and I still don't know if I manipulated energy unconsciously or if outside forces were at work, responding to my feelings and all. . .

It's so amazing how much I still have to learn these days, just by looking back on my earlier years. I don't realize most of the time what I've done back then actually got me to where I am today. I've just never thought about it, and all of a sudden, I read posts like this, and it's like "Hey! I've been there!"

I've played breathing games when I was kid. . . every time I went into Washington, I'd see how long I could hold my breath whenever I'd go under bridges and tunnels which appeared "dirty" - I was afraid I catch some germs and stuff that would fly through the car vents, and I didn't want to know what it smelled like (the tunnels were a challenge, they're quite long). But that was back then, when I had strange ideas and stuff sometimes. I never knew what a guru was or even heard of kundalini then. Now I find myself sometimes getting around without even breathing through my nose or mouth. . . still have unexplainable yawning problems, although they're subsiding now (could be summertime coming closer). . .

Because of these little trips down memory lane, I can't even pinpoint my kundalini awakening (someone will probably tell me it's pointless anyways, because it usually comes gradually, but) - the first "milestone" I've encountered is something that happened earlier and earlier each time I read something here and start looking back.

I have to give a lot of you credit for this. Seems like I've been trying to hard to do something which had already been done. . .

One thing I wonder about: I wonder how k-related my current sinus problem is, because everytime I try to clear out the nasal passages just so that I can breathe and smell food, something stupid always happens that makes them clogged again. I'm not sure if a new allergy has developed, but for the first time this year, I feel fine from just being outdoors.

Later. . .
