I woke up this morning, which was a biggie.... I have been dealing with
a bout of extream insomnia for, I believe more than a week now, one day
running into the next, so waking ment I accually slept! I felt that
swing in the pendulum, momentarilly.
My coffee pot then overflowed when the filter folded over, the clean up
made me late for work.
and the pedulum swung in the oppisite direction, and I recognized it and
moved back to center, not overly excited, or grumpy. Okay. Ready to get
on with my day.
My headlights were out.
I proceeded in the dark, knowing it would be getting light soon, just
had to avoid police....
I was in a residential area enjoying the morning, it was still dark out
and I was admiring the changing color of the sky as it changed from near
black to deep blue wondering to myself if it was gonna be a green
sunrise or one of color...
and I was grabbed from behind, spun around and shoved to the ground.
A young man, maybe 19 or 20 pinned me to the ground.
Beautiful green blue eyes with long dark lashes strong young man.
His knees pinned my shoulders and he covered my mouth and told me to not
fight him. I thought, "I wasnt gonna" I think he was struggling with his
pants. I didnt move but I wanted to cause my shoulderblade was on a rock
or something and it really hurt.
I dont know what happened with him, he couldnt get his pants undone? He
took his hand off my face and I let loose on him with "what the f**k are
you doing? I am old enough to be your mother!!!"
to which he responded, "I am not a little boy!!!"
oh, I thought.
and he got up and ran to a car parked in the driveway across from us.
I watched him go, and I just sat there on the sidewalk.
Young, military, Az. licence plate, new sporty car. Well defined
muscles. anymore the youth of today here anyway dont have such fine
bodies unless they are either fresh out of prison or in the military...
stupid thought for the situation now that I look back on it. But that
was what I was concerned about at the time, the lack of 'comming of age'
rights that is missing from the lives of our young.
Last spring I was attacked by a local street person, who cracked my
teeth with a stick...
what is it about spring? everyone else gets spring fever, love is
suppossed to be in the air...
I get knocked around.
