Thank you for the great advice and insights. Learning to trust my body has
been something I am learning to do or rather trusting to do more and more.
That knot in my gut is a major warning tool for me that never steers me
wrong. You are right its like my body knows even though sometimes my mind
tries to reason it over. Thank you for reminding me of this. I need to pay
more attention the this.

What are some good self hypnosis techniques? I have been a little hesitant
to try this but would love to try anything that would be helpful!
