Thanks for the posting Nancy. Yes my higher self is at peace and will
continue to observe and enjoy the play of life. Releasing energy through
tears and talking has been centering for me. Gloria had mentioned bubble
baths, have my room lit with candlelight at night and incense burning.
Low levels of electricity helps to reach calmness. I work around a lot
of computers, fluorescent lighting, etc. Going outside during breaks and
at lunch gives me a chance to throw off the electricity!
