Hey, folks, all this talk about prana over the past several days has got me interested in something. I do remember about five or six years ago I was playing around with the violet flame that it got to a point that I could make small strands of hair disappear just by looking at them! I could make gnats and flies (not files) disappear in the same manner. . . so when I skimmed through one post talking about the wonderful things one can do with it, i.e. levitate, materialise objects, etc., this experience came to mind.

I didn't think back then that prana was involved, but in any case, what happened back then was small potatoes compared to what I read in books and even in the papers sometimes.

I used to have books on kundalini and meditation which dealt with prana, but they only talked about what it was, and how it could be controlled through breathing and that kind of stuff (they were thrown out three months ago, but I can always find new books anyways). But it never said how one can use it for purposes like I mentioned. I'm just curious. . . how does one direct prana for that stuff, if it's possible for one to control a significant amount of it. . . or does one have to rely on a go-between like a spirit guide or guru?
