I dreamed I was going down the long stairs of a Tibetan
temple in my past life incarnation of a male.
An old monk was walking up the stairs and looked
tired, because there were lots of stairs. :)
I asked if he needed help and he thanked me.
I helped him up and into the temple and suddenly
I was lying on a table with the old Tibetan monk
standing by the head side.
He then put his hands over the crown chakra and
K started flowing big time, it wasn't just in the
spine, it was like a broad column as broad as my chest
going slowly up towards the head.
When it reached the head, my face grew really warm.
The first time that happened I became so scared I
shut it down. This time I was calmer because of the
Tibetan monk and had it going for a while longer
until I lost concentration.
After that the fear resided a lot. :)

it's a process
towards something else, it's only to kick start you
or give you inspiration. :)

In addition, a final note from Azure-i inspired by Mystress Angelique's
overview of her K and R experiences of last post:
Some of us are blessed and don't desire variety; some of us are blessed and
find ourselves experiencing everything we can possibly imagine (me!).
I'm often amazed at how my kundalini students and my reiki students even
find me, as the thought of advertising usually strikes me as peculiar... and,
it's especially interesting as I usually am given people with kundalini
already activated who are drawn to Reiki...maybe some of us will always be
groupies!
I won't go into how here, but my finding Maharishi Vethathiri after I was
already Reiki, from whom I actually received a Kundalini Master certificate
(giggle...what is that!) was quite extraordinary.
By the way, we all did do healing work on each other... simple repititious
waves of the hand. And, yes, he does believe that Kundalini can be activated
by touch through a lineage...Muladhara and Ajna chakras big time. (He is
absolutely lovable, close to 90, and in Madras, India.)
However, I just love using the Reiki symbols...they even appear in my dream
state...especially if anything frightening is lurking... before Reiki, I was
a big scaredy cat/ drama/crisis/ logic only queen.
Now, if pain, gloom or doom threatens, or just as a tune up, I do Reiki.
It's like being a part of one big loving family, which has chosen to be one
with and acknowledge the ultimate power of Love and Compassion.
I am so grateful that this works for me and others... it's one video I'll
keep replaying, along with all the other gifts Spirit has given this
bottomless pit.
And so, enough from me for awhile, I'm off to Sedona and a Goddess
Gathering.
