First of all, have you ever tried to feel the difference between Reiki
energy and Prana ?
Well, if you feel exhausted after giving the healing treatment, you actually
use your Prana rather than Reiki. Prana comes from your own physical body,
it heals but also depletes your physical energy. You can also use it to
attack people as in martial art...
Reiki energy flow by itself without using any 'mind control' and it must be
in meditative state. You must feel refreshed after giving the true Reiki
treatment as it also charges your body with energy - from the universe
(devine energy). You can't misuse it. It stops when the selfish thought
starts... strange but true...
I don't know how you practice your Reiki, you could ask someone who is
sensitive (a psychics) to feel the difference of your energy by sending it
with strong intention (Prana) and then the Reiki energy with method you
learned from your master (basicly you have to let it go and stop your mind
after the initial intention). Prana energy is very forceful, while Reiki is
smooth...
In japanese/chinese the Rei means Devine and Ki means energy. Prana is only
the same as Ki or Chi, which is very common for the Chi Kung and Yogi
practisioners, not Reiki.
When you could feel the differences, I am sure you will have a different
story and perceptions for the others like kundalini, etc...
Don't believe anything you hear & read, prove it yourself...
