I too was a member of Mensa ( one of the reason I did not relate to
members was that there were a lot of people there with superior
memory and no common sense) studied logic as a hypnotherapist and
related subjects. I am not qualified in any way to speak of Shakti
Kundalini though mine is awake and well and I am atuned reiki 3.
Not all people who "do" reiki are K awakened.
No one who is K wakened but not atuned in reiki can use it or attune others
in Reiki
Reiki must be passed on, there has not been a spontaneous Reikiest
since the first to receive this blessing.
Kundalini can be awakened by shaktipat and the grace of God and
somtimes spontaniously.
So by logic there is a difference.
However I dont think we can put divine endergy in a box and say it
must allways act in accordence with our rules.
I have had two situations where people have laid on the treatment
couch with K not obviously awakened and within moments of Reiki
starting to flow through them they were experiencing Kundalini like
movments in the spine.
Are they now K awakened? I dont know but I suspect so. I sugested
that if there was any difficulties would they please let me know but
neither has felt the need to get in touch though both realised at the
time it was a spiritual experince they were having on the couch.
God uses people as tools for His divine will all of the time so why
not Reiki as a tool to awaken people?
At this time I feel a lot of people are getting the "call" to realise
their spirituality / own divinity within.
With that I leave you to your own opinion.
