    sure.. usually I think of a flow up the spine and down the front, but
we are all unique like snowflakes, I am sure yours moves as Goddess Wills..
   K. has a biorhythm like a snakes track anyhow, in the manic stages there
is lots of K. bringing up so much stuff you can hardly know where to focus,
and then other times when there is processing going on, you sit in a trance
with your mind somewhere wandering off from your body.. Sometimes
surrendering to a quick nap will be like hitting the "reset" button..
  To a certain amount, you can mitigate this by imagining how the Energy
moves.. as Zorba says, observe yourself..
  Generally we think of cool breeze blue sky sun energy raining down from
above, and hot lava red energy erupting from below.. when you are spinney
think of the lava underground and when you are logy or too hot think of the
sky's cool breezes....soft rain.. draw them into yourself to balance you.
  Do this when it is needful to be different.. otherwise let Goddess have
her way with you..;) Shakti knows best.
