Continue saying no to things. Don't let him blackmail you.
I've been through similiar experiences - many people react that way if
you don't do what they like. They'll do anything to have it their way -
they'll act, they'll beg... Such things happen so that you can
understand which things can be used against you - and so that you can
clear such things.

Simply stand against him. If he says that children suffer because of
you, don't buy it. If he says that he'll take children away from you,
say "OK, do it if you can".

I watched one film the other day... man's son was kidnapped. He was
blackmailed and asked 2 mil. $ for his kid. He said - no, and then said
that he'll pay 2 million dollars to anybody who brings him the man who
kidnapped his kid, dead or alive. Later he added another 2 million
dollars.

You see, when somebody blackmails you, he does it because he has
something that is important to you. But blackmailed people usually don't
realize that it's the kidnaper who wants something from them, which is
equally important...
