If there be anything that one can definitely about Kundalini
it is that she be LADY of Her own Mind. To have an
activation can mean She is stayin' an' a shiftin' ye in many
ways or She kin jess be intense, wreck ye bed and gone before
the mornin' light. (ahh... memories!)

Now, meself does know ye have had an unpleasant encounter
with this other gentleman, but fer sure this part o' ye
missive brought a smile to me lips...<< he told me I was
ungrounded and to meditate and eat roots...>> (could be true,
me supposes, but the image did bring me chuckles) Certainly
a novel Kundalini precsription, methinks.

Anyhoo, don't fight with the LADY, She be a Wave stirrin'
in ye consciousness that kin take ye places ye have never
been. If ye has some specific symptoms then put them
forward an' some folks here will be a knowin aboot it,
otherwise ye be a standin' before the Gates of the Oracle
of Delphi about to be given a free tour of the sayin'
"Woman - Know Thy Self."
