Could you explain what Yam and Dup channels are? I've been a bit frustrated
with channels because I've not been able to find names for some that have
been used a lot. Not available for acupuncture... Going deep inside.
Knowing names might help me to imagine that I understand something :). I do
not know. But I still want to know what Yam and Dub are. And what does
elementary step in Tao mean to you?
