     Today is Beltane.. spring fire/fertility festival.. I'm off to dance
a maypole, jump a fire.. get my body used to the change of seasons.. Good
day for rituals of beginnings and endings. I have some things to release to
Baelfire.. and some blessings to add to it.. and a hand fasting to renew,
and ...
     Go find some volunteer work to do, with the underprivileged.. go help
battered women, or handle a rape-crisis line.. sick children, street
people.. one day a week in a soup kitchen will do wonders for your mental
state, and help other folks too. You can have the "crisis" polarity in your
life, without needing to manifest it, within yourself. Your excess
relaxation is wanted by those who have none of their own.. and seeing them
will help you to count your blessings.. it is a win-win..:)
