  Jan, you're so simple! ;) I admirably appreciate your
  survivalistic "I don't need no stinkin' tools" ethic.
  I heard on some inframercial that the Self is the only 'tool'

  that is always present and appropriate for all circumstances.
  I kinda noticed that as I learn and collect useful knowledge
  about me and other peeple, this self-knowledge becomes my
  'tools of survival' and soon I'm proudly able to apply my
  survival stash of knowledge in places that are totally
  innappropriate, frustrating me and leading me to think
  I have something more to learn about my tool addiction.
  Maybe I should just give my tools away to peeple who could
  use 'em, rather than lugging 'em around, waiting for those
  special moments when I can smilingly show off how 'prepared'
  I am.

  Astrology's cool tho... when the planets in my head are
  acting up, it's nice to remember their names and
  personalities and stuff. Tho then again, they don't seem
  to mind if I forget either - they just think I'm being
  simple, which i am, kinda, in a complicated sorta way.
