It's hard for me to tell if when we use the word "Astral Plane" we refer
to the same thing, it's used in so many different ways... But yes,
definitely, in the word "ether" in relation to "space" and the 3 kelvin
radiating from that "space", you can see there the realm where remote
Viewing is conducted. That is to the limit of where such a thing as
remote viewing is believed to need a conduct of one kind or another.
As science goes, no one knows what is behind the 3 kelvin radiating
behind all matter and all "space" we had contact with in our
anthropological world. Ether is a nice tag, among many to point to It.
If science tries to go behind this limit, with its instruments, it
returns to the initial source in their theories: i.e. the Big Bang. What
is really the stuff behind? who knows?... And if some "know", how can
they share it to "others"? It's behind you and behind me, on the other
side of the coin of our anthropological habit of perception.
As for remote viewing goes, stars are nice entry points into that
"stuff", lest call it ether. Stars are "gates" or "whormholes" in ones
awareness to ether. Vortex of all king, the galaxy spinning, the star
and the sun spinning, and each little atom spinning are all so many
gates to the other side of the "veil". Quantum physics studies, in the
microscopic scale, how this process of opening a window behind the veil
of the 3 kelvin, - of initial radiation of space or space time continuum
- . That to a point to try to explain our anthropological mode of
perception, from a physics perspective.

The knowledge of it comes from within, IMHO, words often loose us.
Behind, under, the 3 kelvin, concepts of time, space and energy or
information seem to have no meaning to our little minds, and even to
those of stars. Yet in some way in the cosmic scale, stars are born from
it, (i.e. Big Bang, and some Galactic Centers

In other words someone looking behind, in some way, or under the 3
kelvin, at the "stuff" there within ourselves, and, according to physics
laws of today, you are due to "become" what can see the beginning, the
end and the now of the universe all at once.
As astrologers study from where stars come from, people in quantum
physics study where particles comes from. And they all it the same wall:
the 3 kelvin. For the first it points to the big bang in an accelerating
universe. To the others to the process of collapsing of matter from wave
to particle as a form of consciousness or another comes to perceive it.
Here is a brief essay from a physicist Jack Sarfatti that tries to link
concept like "Accelerating Universe", "Cosmic anti-gravity" and Gravity,
"experiencing the flow of time = creating matter."
The the physics aspects, is far from explaining anything, but like in
psychology, an interesting tool is laid in those few words to ignite
some images to grab which could not before from the mind. It's also an
exotic "explanation" for those who claim skull expansion work in
kundalini awakening experience.
First a brief descriptions on concepts found so it may be a bit easier
for the reader to follow.
"Accelerating Universe" : An universe that expands faster an faster,
and implies among other things that matter is still created (at a faster
rate since the initial Big Bang) and that time is running faster and
faster, accelerating also. It also implies that our brain, (capacity to
be conscious in time and space), is expanding with time, the point of
this article of Jack Sarfartti.
"Cosmic anti-gravity" : The names says it, a force that pulls the
Universe to open faster. While gravity pulls the Universe to come back
to it's initial state. Who or what is behind gravity and anti-gravity is
what we seek i believe, no answers are given in the following text to
that. The Alpha and Omega... To me it's poetry, a way among many to
postulate until full spontaneity of consciousness in the Now is reached.
I like the text because it postulate, in physics "chinese", that the
mind is expanding, so the work of reaching full spontaneity is
continuous for any conscious individual, realized or not,
anthropomorphic or not.
In the following text is implied an interesting concept to me. It is:
that the experience of the flow of time is tied, "equal" or caused to by
the slow expansion on the microscopic level as well as the macroscopic.
In other words, experiencing the flow of time, means creating matter and
creating a deeper quantum "network" allowing a bigger flow of quantum
collapse process (transforming ether to matter). In other words, no
experience of time is possible without creating matter at least on
quantum level.
Of course this text makes me feel like moths dancing or trying to eat
what make them grow on the beat of cosmic anti-gravity, a burning
candle...

"Scientific American Jan 1999 has three good articles on the latest
evidence for the open accelerating universe. Also see Malcolm Browne in
today's Science Times on zero point energy and the "aether". The
cosmological constant is from the zero point energy and is repulsive
anti-gravity.
Omega is the ratio of the density of mass-energy to that required for
zero curvature of the expanding 3D spacelike slices of the cosmological
space-time from the initial singularity.
Contribution from ordinary visible matter (hydrogen, helium, stars, dust
and gas) is only 1% of Omega! This is from direct telescope
observations.
Baryonic dark matter i.e. ordinary matter that is not emitting EM
radiation is at most 5% of Omega! This is estimated from Big Bang
theory, nucleosynthesis and observed deuterium abundance.
Nonbaryonic dark matter (e.g. axions, neutrinos, WIMPS) is maybe as much
as 30%! This is from observation of orbital speeds of stars inside
galaxies and of galaxies inside clusters.
Cosmological constant from zero point energy (fine tuning problem here
123 powers of 10) must be at least 60% to make expanding space flat! Now
this is computed from observations on the cosmic microwave background.
Inflation requires flatness of space otherwise you need to have
faster-than-light communication between different regions of space in
the early universe. --- (Here is your ether Thomas, in the limited way i
used the concept, when touching behind the stars ones opens into faster
than ligth communication to tearing open the tissu of "space). ---
The accelerating open universe with cosmic anti-gravity also explains
why some stars appear to be older 12 billion years than the standard
non-accelerating open universe- or uncomfortably close right on the edge
of paradox. The accelerating universe is older than a non-accelerating
one all other factors equal.
Therefore, unless you fudge inflation with new kinds of Ptolemaic
epicycles you are forced to this picture of exotic anti-gravity from the
zero-point ether. Harness this and we have propellantless propulsion ad
astra. This is the program of "metric engineering" of HRP. Modanese
shows how macro quantum phase coherence tweaks this cosmological
repulsion on a small scale. Several models of quantum consciousness also
depend on this same macro quantum phase coherence (e.g. pumped Frohlich
modes, Hameroff-Penrose microtubules etc.) (cf.

My own post-quantum theory says that the duration of the Whitehead
occasion of experience is
T = H^-1/N
H is Hubble's constant, where
H^-1 = 3 10^17 seconds
N = number of entangled q-bits forming a macro quantum phase coherent
computing network.
N = 10^18 caged electron q-bits in the human brain according to
Hameroff. If that is the "enchanted web" then
T = 0.3 sec if all of the caged electrons actively participate in
generating the moment of consciousness. Note that this says nothing
about how many neurons are firing. That is on a much coarser-grained
scale.
Now why should ALL consciousness, not just human, I claim a universal
theory here, depend on the cosmological Hubble constant.
Given two points in a 3D spacelike hypersurface. Hubble's law relates
the relative velocity (seen in the cosmological red shift) v to the
separation r as
v = Hr
Now this is supposed to be universal. Perhaps it changes for very large
r, but we are interested in small r.
Suppose r = 10 cm, the size of the human brain.
v = (3 10^17)^-1 10 cm/sec = (1/3) 10^-16 cm/sec
Note that gravitational wave detection LIGO requires interferometers in
this region or close to it. I need to double check that - it is off the
top of my head from memory.
In 1 sec the separation between the antipodal point on the surface of
the cortex changes by 10^-16 cm which is the range of the weak force!
Can our sense of the flow of time be caused by this slow expansion of
our brains because of some built in quantum interferometry in our brains
consistent with many quantum mind models that require phase coherence
over the entire brain?
Note, in one year our brains have expanded by
(1/3) 10^-16 cm/sec 10^7 sec = (1/3) 10^-9 cm = 1/100 nanometers.
In one hundred years our brains have expanded by one nanometer. This
will affect quantum jumps. Note from Hoyle and Narlikar. An absorber of
proper frequency fa is in resonance with an emitter of proper frequency
fe is
(1 - Hr/c)fe = fa
that is
fe/fa = (1 - Hr/c)^-1 > 1
i.e. cosmological redshift, where r is the separation between the
emitter and absorber. If our brains are macro coherent in the quantum
phase across the 10 cm or so of the cortex size then we may naturally be
sensitive to this torture rack in which our bodies are stretched! :-)
Actually to be more accurate the stretch is in all directions so we are
literally like balloon figures expanded by the breath of God. Our sense
of the flow of time being pumped by the expanding space of our open
accelerating universe! This is a pretty picture. It may even be crazy
enough to be true. :-) "
