Some form of mild but regular meditation seems to be what you are looking
for. Going back to the drugs which first triggered the kundalini may be
very dangerous at this point. I recommend Transcendental Meditation. It
is gentle and the program is so well established, it would provide you with
a network of teachers who are familiar at least with the idea of kundalini,
if not with direct experience. Through the practice you will regularly
access transcendental states but without the potentially dangerous extremes
you've touched on through the drug experiences or more intensive, longer
periods of meditation. If you live in the U.S. you can find a number for TM
centers and teachers in the phone book.
Harsha: Excellent advice Jill. But my impression is that the TM organization
is mostly silent on Kundalini. I wonder what implications that has for their
ability to help someone having Shakti manifestations. Can you clarify your
views on this matter?
