I would read a lot of other's experiences before seeking a teacher. Some
people find energy work and meditation helpful after k activation; others
find any kind of meditation, and even the company of the spiritually
advanced to accelerate the K process to an uncomfortable and even dangerous
level.
The list could probably address your question best if you provide some
background on how your kundalini experiences began--including whether you
have been practicing some form of meditation, yoga, etc., and some more
about your current k symptoms.
