First, thanks for your beautiful post. I love reading posts such as yours that
tie in a spiritual message within the context of your life experiences.

Second, a thought on anger. Maybe the problem for people, including your friend
with the failed marriage and the man who killed himself isn't the anger itself.
Maybe the problem is that they carry the anger with them.
