Dear Maureen,

I am in awe of the journey you have taken to reach a place where now you
seem to be at peace with the atrocities that you survived. The pain I have
is from dramas that seem inconsequential in comparison. However, the
process of coming out of denial, grieving and dealing with anger and
eventually forgiving in order to let go of the anger and the pain(?) may be
stages that are common.

Did you suffer from episodic anger and then get over it? I am interested in
your story of healing.
