I have a question for the group. Often, when I feel that I am most in
touch with 'spirit' or that thing which that we all consider 'one and
sacred', I have a small tingling sensation in the center of the heels
on each of my feet. They are connected to one that also sits in my
crown chakra. I am aware of their oneness as I feel the three
together. Any idea of what this sensation may mean?
