Hi Helen...

First, know that this is temporary - it will pass.

Your awareness that resistance is hindering the process is wonderful!

Surrender is a key.... surrender your thoughts, your feelings and perceptions
about this process and your fears to God. Ask for reinterpretation, another
way of looking at this, as you have interpreted them as fearful. What you
don't give to God, goes to ego.

There is nowhere where He is not. But fear keeps us from knowing this. You
only need a little willingness to give up the fear, to see it differently,
from the eyes of peace instead of fear.

I myself have found that being in fear, creates even more fear. So
surrendering the fear, surrendering the ego's perspective, is a great start.
Once out of fear, the process will be seen from a place of peace, and will
stop.

I see you are possibly focusing on eliminating the process, the shaking....
Focus on Love, focus on God, focus on your children (which are Love). What we
focus on becomes greater.
