I'm new to the list. I'm wondering if anyone can shed light on fear. I have powerful energy that manifests through violent shaking throughout my body. I only allow the energy to release when I am with my body-worker. Since that can get expensive, I only get release once a week, although my body needs much more. I am afraid that the energy will render me incapable of caring for my small children, therefore I stop it. I am aware that this resistance is only serving to hinder the process. Any thoughts on letting go and trusting?
