When you sense the dark creatures put light around yourself. I now say two
prayers before I go to bed so that I know that while I am sleeping I am
protected. I like taking a least an hour out in the early morning just to
sit in the stillness and to think about any thoughts that came to me while
I was sleeping or to think about any dreams that I have had. Thanks for
sharing your experiences with us.
