yes, yes

I may have been close a few times .... it was like ... an approach to what
I'd imagine an out-of-body experience ... like a sense of being both the
performer and the audience at the same time. They were so profound that I
spent days afterwards trying to somehow reproduce the approach. Like what
had I eaten? how long had I slept the night before?

They just lasted a few minutes. Except one was possibly a hour. It was like
being drawn into it but my fears seemed to have somehow pulled me back and I
felt it slip away.

There was also a sense of feeling grounded afterwards. By that I mean there
was a a high level of trusting acceptance of my own insightfulness. I
recognized the strong sense of presence from my own prior traumatic
experiences ... Vietnam, death of loved ones, etc. But, unlike the trauma
induced sense of presence, there wasn't the severe aftershock. What a relief
:)
