 Hi, I'm Gloria Greco. You can learn a great deal about kundalini from
these posts but the bottom line is when it begins to happen within you,
it may make interesting reading for a time, but the experience will come
about when you are ready for it.
 The first stage really comes from the realization that it exists and is
very much a part of you. If you use meditation as a spiritual
discipline, you will naturally open yourself to the experience. If you
are also developing a relationship with your higher self, you are
already setting the stage for the experience. Gloria
