uh seriously now (or I will try to be serious)-
Firstly, are mudras considered a subset of kriyas - since they seem to be
involuntary movements caused by the increase pranic flow?
When my k awoke my hands did these motions and fingers would take these
positions - all of this seemed to just happen out of instinct or
something - I have read in Greenwell that this happens - but have not found
good listing of the mudras - so not sure if that is what was happening
then - it just amazes me that we have this information either encoded in
our DNA or do we somehow just tune into the collective unconsciousness - I
mean isn't this amazing our bodies just know what to do somehow to balance
the energies and release the blockages - and tune into the universe -
Secondly, I did a lot of just sort of trembling with some jerking - is
there a term to use for the whole body shaking/trembling like for hours on
end quite strong?- and the leg jerk think?.
I did the running around thing and felt a need to move my body like in Tai
Chi - but not sure how involuntary - I'm sure I could have used enough will
to stop those acts.
Then the energies seemed to subside significantly - but for months after k
awakening - my hands would start to tremble at work when I got involved in
conversation - (somewhat embarrassing not sure what co-workers thought)
Now I get just some weak trembles mostly - when feel shaktipat through
some messages or sites - is there a term for this general weak trembling
stuff-
Oh unless there is a laughing kriya; I'm sorry sometimes TG just cracks me
up - can't figure out what it is though that I thought was funny -
strange - perhaps involuntary - pranic flow - hmm.
I actually try to keep activities down by eating junk food and consuming
some alcohol - I think I learned that it is dangerous to be too k active
wouldn't want to drink my water rations and take my trace minerals and start
meditating - not that I want to stomp on the snake but everything has its
place.
a somewhat more serious,
Llewellyn
