My Kriyas were like mudras...hand movements...some other unintentional body
movements in the back, neck, usually working their way up from the hips to the
head and definitely "serpentine" in motion. When they first happened, I
thought there was something wrong with me, like, I dunno, from
calcium/magnesium deficiency to MS or something...but nothing at all was
physically upset...and they went away and only came back mildly a couple
times.
