Yes, this K. process (what a mechanical word, but it seems the most neutral
term to me without too many "so so spiritual" connotations) can be fully
trusted.

Is the K process not really our deepest Self (the source of our being) at
work trying to get the more day to day self in tune and synchronized and
living fully again from and as the Source?... While in the meantime, in
order to reintegrate, it cleans everything up that has caused the loss of
that connectedness in the Original Integrity of Self?

And slowly all dimensionalities (like for instance our attachment to
linearity, or our tendency to be at 90 degrees with our fellow beings)
offer themselves up as a gift (sacrifice) into the realization of the One.

But let me repeat what you said:
