That is very good, the way you phrase it.
I used to say, "K. is so gracious, it let's you handle and work out what
you can manage, plus a little bit more."
That way you know also what is coming up and your experience tells you that
you will be able to handle it successfully (as the tears are drying). It
makes you fearless.
