Dear List,
A couple days ago, I saw an orthopedic surgeon as a final follow-up to my
surgery of last year to remove a bb from my knee. I told him that I still had
throbbing in my knee, and that my entire leg was numb from about mid-thigh
almost to my ankles whenever I walked farther than a mile or so. He gave me
exercises to do for my knee (lifting & isometric muscles to strengthen my
lower thigh & lessen the pressure on my knee), but he said he had no idea why
almost my entire leg was numb. He asked me how long my leg had been numb & I
said it started shortly after the surgery last April, but he said the bb
wound/surgery had nothing to do w/my numbness.
Is it possible that the bb shot did something to arouse more k in me? I now
have kriya movements in my lower left leg whenever I lay down or am tired
sitting in my chair. And I've heard that k seems to rise primarily on the
left side. Why is that?
Take care,
Michele
