Dear Freda,
I admire you for your strength. No hug is better than a forced one.
When one doesn't feel right about it, one should not do it.
And you did not.
That is frankness, to say the least.
Who has a better insight in your reasoning, feeling and motivation, than
yourself?
That you stand firm is admirable.
That you stick to your feelings is.
You have your reasons, your feelings, your motivations,
And you protect them with all your might.
That is your right, and it is therefore Right.
That is standing up for personal truth, integrity and more.
What more? Only you know...or will know.
What you are standing up for must be worth it.
You may or may not want to hear that from me, but there it is.
