You know sometimes I wonder if we would not be better as a human race to
burn all the books. Then learn how to use our minds to get the anwsers to
our questions. Perhaps then there would not be so much confusion.

There are two different prayers that I say before I sleep. One for the
protection of the light while I sleep. The other one provokes my higher
self to do what is in the highest interest in all concerned. I ask to be
granted the ability to use all of my knowedge and abilities in order to
this. This really sets me up for some wild dreams sometimes! I will
admit however sometimes I am so tired as I am crawling into bed that I
don't do it. Many times those are the nights that the nightmares will
appear. Not always however. I think the spooker the dream the more we are
being taught. The trick is to understand what it is that we are being
taught! :-)
When I was small, I had a protector in my dreams. So when

That is really sweet! and a really good idea. I wish I had thought of
that when my daughter was younger. She suffered from many many nights of
nightmares. I always comforted her but I could not help her to get away
from her dreams. She still has many of them I have found out more
recently.

Sometimes I am aware that I am dreaming but not as often as I would like to
be. Is there a special trick to this?
