Dear Hillary,
Animals usually represent some aspect of ourselves, especially instinctual,
biological feelings and wishes from the unconsciousness. Jungian dream
psychology, the more primitive the animal, the deeper the layers of the
unconsciousness it represents. Animals can also represent incredibly strong
divine, cosmic forces. Since this is seemingly a tamed beast, it would be
suggestive of taming your own unconsciousness.
My two cents for the day - which is now worth about 1/2 cent.
blessings, dor
