I've also had this experience, sounded just like a door slamming shut or
a gunshot, maybe a crack of lightning. Each time, I was either meditating, or napping, or resting in that twilight state between
wakefulness and sleep. The sound was loud enough to startle me and make my heart race. I was genuinely surprised when no-one else heard it.
Several times, the sound came just in time to wake me and keep me from
being late for an appointment. After a few of those, I trusted that the mysterious sound came from a divine source that knew me better than I
knew myself. And was there to help me, although I didn't (and still don't) understand the significance of it all.
Thanks for reminding me of this, I had just passed it off as a
hallucination of sorts.

ok....this has happened to me maybe once before, i think, or something like it, so I know its not something electrical if it has happened in 2 different
places: I was watching TV tonight, and all of a sudden the #s on the TV itself started
to go down but the channel remained the same. I mean, where you read the #s on the TV channel panel, the number started to go down. When I fist realized
what was going on, I turned the TV off, then on again. It came on to the channel that was on before I turned it off, but then the channel panel started
reading that the channels were going down again. I thought "Ok ill just wait for it to get to zero and see what happens" When it got to zero the TV turned
off. I turned it back on again, and the TV was, again, on the original channel! Nothing else happened the rest of the night. Can anyone explain
what happened? Was there like some spiritual force in the room that say....wanted to watch something different or didnt want me to watch TV at

Maybe if you turned off the timer on your TV... You see, most new TV sets
have a timer command that you can set up to turn off your TV if you fall asleep - for instance, if you set it at 30 mins, and you don't touch the
remote control for 30 mins, it will start counting down, usually 60 sec or so, and then it shuts down. Simple. Try to find "timer" command in your
TV's menu and turn it off. :) Of course, if something's wrong with the timer or the computer itself, all sorts of things are possible, including
random shutdowns or changing channels.

can't comment abt the experieneces much. It can be that one may loose the
want of food as there is a stage in K-awakening when one can live without taking food. I have heard of loosing sleep but not having too much sleep.
may it's just the opposite effect.
I think one has still to go much beyond. and for that i think one has to be regular in practice as regular as the requirement of food daily.

Thank's Cathy for your support. My problems derives from lack of Faith, or rather the need for more Faith in Spirit. Faith, these Divine
characteristic of our crown chakra, should never be confused with *belief systems*.
Faith, in the Spiritual sense, is absolute certainty, trust in the absolute
reliable state of pure consciousness. But recently, dissolving my own traumas from my painfull life, I have lost a *belief system*. I have been
desillusioned by how unbelievable ruthless and unscrupulous the *heralded people in power* can be.This is a process of pain, the disintegration of
*belief* in what seemed right, because most people follow those brothers of darkness like naive sheeps towards an abyss.
*Belief system* is the lower counterpart of Faith. When Faith falls down
from the 4th dimension, when it slows down, it becomes *belief systems*. And *belief systems* are not reliable. They are relative. I saw a woman
from Hare Krishna on the TV some weeks ago, claiming that they did not brainwash people. I tell You: We are All brainwashed ! We all inherit
*belief systems* which are fundamentally wrong. And the worst of all is that we do it unconscious, without knowing it.
I'm in a process where these *belief system* is dying. And it's a battle in
my soul to replace these state of desillusions with more Faith than ever. You need Faith, when the time's goes tough, and you are in a middle of a
war zone, spiritually speaking.

When incarnated into physical bodies, we experience TIME, that is, an interval between cause and effect. And the lower the frequency is, the
longer the intervals between cause and effect.
We incarnated into these slow-downed level in order to LEARN. Earth incarnations are schoolrooms. Without these interval, the effects of the
cause's wold come so quickly that it would happen faster than our ability to grasp anything. In the socalled "after-death" state of the intensive
Light of Origination, there are no time intervals. We could not learn without slowing down the speed for a moment, descending into Earth, and
experience these interval.
And Yes - the more you grow spiritually, the time interval becomes smaller and smaller. The frequency vibration of your whole body speeds up. That's
why Initiates have immediate effects on his/her environment.
And during these process of growth, we must eliminate karma, burn it in the Violet Flame. Ultimately, there's no distinction between "good" or "bad"
karma - they are both samsara. We must remove karma completly.
But Earth is about to end an evolutionary cycle. We are in the Western, the Feminine part of the Milky way. The Sun is about to complete a 206 million
years old cycle around the central sun. And Earth and everything on it is affected. The air you breathe, the water you drink, the cells of your body
are being constantly bombarded with the 4th dimensions frequency, rising your entire body. It has happened for more than 27 years now for every
human beeing on the surface on Earth. And those who reject the higher energies can not be here, when the New Age eventually starts. Those who
reject the Spiritual Path, must leave - not as a *punishment* (as some preach), but because they have chosen themselves not to evolve spiritually.
They cannot be here. Not as a punishment (gosh ! couldn't we remove the whole concept as such), but because of a natural, logical Law.
