Hi,
at the end of june yours truly decided it would be fun to go meditate
for a week in a cool temple in the woods of the smokey mountains.
actually it was warm. summer heat and rains.
i cried! i never cry. now everything is a lot more 'raw' and closer.
i started crying when i felt at the edges of my awarenss a saddness that
seemed everywhere. it just grew & grew and after its initial surge i
had a hard time getting grounded. it was hard just being in the temple
precincts, as there is a lot of energy there, and i was feeling energy
EVERYWHERE! it was hard because as my teacher said 'you are fighting it,
thats why its hard for you'.
anyway....it wsa good, very good.

Hi Kat,
I have had the problem of knowing before-hand that someone was going
to die, or I have known they were dead before being told. This was
very upsetting and I would get agitated. Once, I knew someone had
died, and was upset all day because no one phoned to tell me. I did
not know who exactly had died. My ex-husband's grandmother, father,
and uncle were the people I speak of. The father survived a massive
heart attack. I wrote of the upcoming "life-threatening event"
months before hand in a journal, and prayed for his soul. I am
amazed at how calmly my ex-husband took these psychic things that
were happening, despite the fact that it must have been very spooky
for him to deal with. I finally realized, that I know these things
because it gives me an opportunity to pray for these people. If you
know before hand, perhaps you can mitigate the disaster by prayer. I
had asked that this information be withheld from me, but now I am
open to it.
The headaches and depression are well known to me also and may be
kundalini-related. I am over the depression, but it plagued me in my
last life. Earlier in this one, I had some bouts with it. During
the absolute worst depression, I discovered I also had an inner ear
infection. Once I was treated for the inner ear infection, my
depression lifted. Perhaps you should get to a doctor for a general
checkup and describe your physical symptoms. I've also stocked up on
Ibuprofen, which is a lot cheaper than Advil, but is basically the
same stuff ;-)
Lately, I've had this new symptom. It seems I can feel vibrations
running up my spine while I sit in my chair at work. It's like some
sort of low grade electricity, but it does not hurt. My chakras have
been for the most part less active in this life than in the last;
this could be a symptom of their return or reawakening.

It is clear that you are troubled, and that your mind has found many ways
over the years to avoid facing the horror of that one day. Know that my

You were just a child playing with a toy, a toy you should not have been
given perhaps. You did this with no malice. You too are a victim here.

If anyone is interested in reading a summary I completed recently on Rudolf
Steiner's "Occult Physiology" please let me know and I will email a copy to
you. It is about 10 pages long. This piece is quite interesting
especially for anyone unfamiliar with Steiner's work.
I urge anyone dealing with Kundalini energy to read something by Steiner.
The Anthroposophic Press has loads of great books dealing with all aspects
of Anthroposophy. Steiner is still considered quite visionary even today.
I will be happy to recommend titles for your individual areas of interest
if you desire. Steiner lived and wrote around the turn of the century and
his work affected many fields including education, agriculture, medicine,
architecture, music, art, movement, and more.
Also - Is everyone aware of the Kundalini Research Network? They are

I have never attended a conference but they look quite interesting.
Last: Has anyone with active Kundalini energy experienced the sensation of
psychic illness when encountering another person with awakened "K" energy?
I have had difficulty with this for several years. I have experienced it
even over the phone. I will get quite dizzy, disoriented, lightheaded,
etc... It lasts about five or six hours.
My Anthroposophic Doctor says I must stay away from people who have energy
which comes into my field too closely.

Jan: The first classic reminds me of last Patanjali sutra, describing the
dissolution of qualities into their source. Although Patanjali doesn't
mention K., it is obvious that the final transformation is the
transformation of K. herself. Purohit Swami was familiar with it, as he
wrote a comment about the sound AUM that will be heard as the final
experience. The second classic will lift one sensitive enough directly into
samadhi. The third classic I don't know and I never counted the amount of
different samadhis.... the very idea of it.... One type of walking samadhi
was rather addictive. It started with the awareness of 'something' in common
between 'me' and 'the external world', first in my vicinity but rapidly
expanding to All That Is. At the same time, all senses stopped working,
except for seeing and hearing. Then, awareness was without bounds while
walking. More than fully aware, without feelings of gravity, fatigue,
temperature etc. it was far more than miraculous. I called it 'preview of
liberation'. It never lasted longer than half an hour.

Violet shows spiritual transformation, acceptance, sensivity and intuition.
Clear and pure violet shows a mix of selfless love and self-surrender. Soft
lilac means love for the immaterial, the search for magical/mystical
solutions. Reddish violet shows love to others. To be sure, have some
aura-photos made. To my experience, they are reliable.

Don't post often....regardless last night I had a dream....
Unique in the respect that I still remember it hours later...
Woke up at 200am .... felt the power of the dream, making me wide awake.
I dreamt of being at my alma mater leading a discussion on yoga...We were
going down a list of names...Nicknames like in chat rooms...each person
related their experience...After mediating the discussion my family came
inside the lecture hall, distracting me from the discussion. I turned
over the lead to another individual...It was Paul....lol....kinda of
freaky....
Well, i went outside...talked to family about being ready to leave in a
sec....they said ok...meet me at home...I tried walking back into the
lecture...but the stairs up to the hall kept extending...the more i climbed
the higher they grew...i made no progress...
I gave up...went into the central quad meeting area, and sat down and looke
out at all the people. My Architect doing my remodel walked by...I
waved...started talking to him about yoga and kundalini....he said he
studied religous studies in school during his architectural studies...said
he was an amateur shaman...I expressed i desire to meditate and be one with
my inner power....he put his hand on my head....
THen a tremendous burst of light and energy flowed from my crown down my
spine... It was consuming...i lay in the middle of the quad...not being
able to move, completely energized but unable to communicate to anyone...my
family was looking at me watching me trying to get me to respond...I was
paralyzed, but completely conscious of everything around me...
Finally I was able to move...I started to regain control....but next to me
was my architect...he was sitting there swaying in a trance....saying MORE,
MORE, MORE....
I sat down next to him....and held him tight....he relaxed....we both
relaxed...
I woke up...Completely wide awake....didn't go back to sleep....
Kinda of sleepy now though lol....

Attention to all light workers: Love your neighbor as yourself ! What you
express outwards, you will receive in return.
This evening, I met in a pub some woman who was - definitly schizofrenic.
I knew her brother many years ago. He was completly hocked on heroin. There
were no way out. Hell is a a state of consciousness, a mass of energy going
round and round in an ever-lasting circle. 3 Years ago, these Michigan born
friend, the person telling me tales under a bridge about how it was living
there, with snow under the heaven of the Michigan lake, gave me great
thankgivings, explaining that he had abolished his dependency on Heroin,
and established a family and work. I was a greater angel of help than I
consciously was aware of, he said.
So this evening, by coincident, I met his sister. I say "coincident", since
from the Ego view, the spiritual 4th dimension is 100 % non-trustable. From
the spiritaul vïew, it's confidence absolute, the only beacon of light. So,
after a monstrosious quarrel between her and her environment, I guided her
home to her place of "living" (a hospits of drug abusers). She told me that
I didn't knew what I was doing (a very hard and dangerous environment in
her "home", with people killing a person for "no conscience at all" - a
human life costs § 1000 according to their price). But I did it, and I feel
a duty to everyone to help "the least of these", those in the current
period of time who don't belong to the economical corruption ("bloody
communist", people screamed at me) nor the enlightened one's. You have a
duty to help these people directly. Wake up ! Go out and help people
through your light. You don't have to tell them complex esoteric teachings.
Just be there !
EVERY MAN IS A STAR !
Through your just and simple contact with these persons, you will
experience a mass of love in reward ! You ARE these people ! You have a
duty to help them out of their mess. Love is UNCONDITIONAL.First. Forgive
Yourself of every misdeed You may have comitted, as Your High Self ALLREADY
have forgiven You. Then spread these Light of Love to your fellowmen, no
matter how bad your reputation becomes, no matter how people say and think
about You. Love is UNCONDITIONAL; any other description is uncomplete. Do
not bother about reputation, THE TEMTPATION OF BEEING WELL THOUGHT OF BY
OTHERS. Follow the one and only Rule: Love Your neighbor asYourself.
In these Final, critical time capsule, it's later than You think. From 1960
to 1971, the ascended masters prepared us through esoteric teachings that
the plan of man of Earth was about to manifest on an EXOTERIC level. From
1972 to 1983, we had a mass educational program, teaching man on Earth
about their reason for suffering and beeing here, including the revealing
of textbooks long forgotten ("The book of Dzyan", "The book of Maitreya",
some hidden parts of the Quabbalah etc), from 1984 to 1995, they told us
that AT LEAST 144 000 Light workers HAD TO REACH THE 6TH INITIATION,
OTHERWISE THE WHOLE PLAN FOR MANKIND IN THE PREVIOUS 26000 YEARS WOULD
FAIL. So, with these channeling of relief from Morya in '93, he stated that
the minimum number HAD BEEN REACHED, that the "rainbow bridge", connecting
us to the 4th dimension, was complete. Let us Rejoice for Mankind ! 2 Years
in store, the minimum number of demonstration of their light body, ESP
abilities, was reached. These persons belongs to every state, every
country, every part of the world. They do not belong to any specific
organization or group. They are the bridge, helping the rest of mankind to
connect to the 4th dimension. They exist in every endeavour of life.
Whatever problem you have, whatever challenge you face, the GOOD NEWS is
that there is HOPE. We have at least one representative of our own specific
needs in the human family, somewhere, who can help You with whatever
problem you have. They exists in prisons, in the street, in any condition
imaginable.
In the 12 areas of our globe, each with 12 000 light workers, let us
visualize, by dividing the 2 hemispheres of our brain into 6 parts:
1) Canada - See these Nation in peace with themselves. Stop the internal
quarreling.
2) US - Beeing a Nation of materialistic development primarly today, see
the US as a spiritual Nation, ligtening up outwards through Space. Imagine
the lights spread outwards through Space as an image. This is the New
JerUSAlem.
3) To all light workers in Mexico, middle America and the surrounding
Islands, prepare for them for the LARGEST RAISE IN CONSCIOUSNESS ever
experienced, in these region.
4) To South America, See the people RETURN to their Divine reason for livng
there.
5) In Europe, We have the European Union. Expand these image, as just the
preliminary beginning, of a UNITY on the spiritual, not yet comprehenced by
most. The outer appearance is a symbol of an inner transcendence.
6) Africa, called the "black" continent; imagine it as the continent of
light. To all the 120000 light workers there, in villages, towns, the
wilderness, known and unknown, focus on the light, let these continent
shine.
7) Russia. Let these continent, ruined by a perverse system, bee REBORN as
the PHOENIX BIRD from the ashes.
8) Middle East. Focus on PEACE among the parts in the middle East. Focus on
the justness in these region.
9) In India, Pakistan and Tibet: Send a call to every inhabitan to RETURN
to the teachings of their ancient gurus, sages, shamans and people of
wisdom from the past. Let these ancient wisdom be reborn.
10) In Southeast-Asia, see One-ness among the countries there, a new union,
replacing the old state of war the countries in between.
11) In China and Korea, we have the last remains of an outdated
dictatorship. Visualize these region as a region with democracy, freedom
and respect for the individual.
12) Finally, Australia, the Philliphines and Japan - visualize a unity
among people in these region.
144000 is a symbolic number, in that the minimum of these number had to
reach the 6th initiation in order to save the plan of the Earth. Another
meaning is the number of the blades in the chakras: 4 + 6 + 10 + 12 + 16 +
96 ( 2x 48) x 10000 = 144000, and the 72000 nadis with their male /female
counterparts through inhale and exhale. Another meaning is that when these
number of cells in our BRAIN are beeing penetrated by Light from above, the
light body manifests on Earth, making the two bodies, the physical /auric
and the light body, the electric body, the eternal body unite to ONE,
overcoming the last enemy "death". And the return of the Chohan on Earth,
Sananda, because earth in the present cycle of evolution radiates the 7th
Ray (it will radiate the 6th when the "wheel" in the future moves one step
around), just as Babaji is the Chohan of the Second Ray (Yellow, that of
Mercury in the state of NOW), in his Light Body, NOT IN HIS PHYSICAL BODY,
and remember Sananda was a HUMAN, not "god" - a terrible mistake, will take
place simultaniously with our second opportunity to manifest the light body
of Earth. The previous opportunity, 25.6 million years ago, when beeing
entrapped in physical bodies, was the beginning of a cycle ending in the
end of our century. IT IS LESS TIME TO DO THE WORK THAN YOU IMAGINE. THE
VOTE LAST YEAR DEFINED THE REST OF THE YEARS BEFORE EARTH'S REBIRTH. Me
beeing in the 4th Initation, the rending of the 4th veil of the Godess
Isis, mankind entering the last stages of the 1st veil rending, while Earth
itself rends the seventh stage of the seventh veil of Isis, called maya,
that's Earth today. Let us heal the traumas which will occur in these
process. Let's heal the catastrophe which will make upheaval in New York in
2002. In 1988, the ascended masters told us that it was impossible to be
born from the two lowest astral realms anymore. By the second coming,
socalled, it will be impossible to incarnate from the 3rd (that of wishes)
and the 4th (that of socalled "self-esteem", the feeling of who I am
according to outer standards) astral planes. Two on the roof, one to be
taken away, and one to stay, and PITY THE WOMAN WHO BEAR CHILDREN IN THOSE
DAYS, refers to the complications of adjusting to a higher frequency
vibration. Let us send LOVE to the "least of these". Let's transfere as
many as possible into these new vibration. NEVER FORGET THOSE WE LEAVE
BEHIND; OTHERWISE WE ENTER THE BLACK WAY OF EGOISM.
So, let us send Love to these Girl I met, entrapped in an LSD-trip for
Years. Know that even "the least of these" are worthy for the entrance into
the 4th dimension of the New Age. It was NEVER meant for the "few ones", as
the present battle are about, but for the masses this time. This is love in
practice. And love is unconditional.

I believe thru concentrated meditation and prayer, my kundaline has
risen. Firey back, followed by back pain and headaches. I am receiving
voices which are giving me information and "views", microphone feedback,
etc.. Not sure of the credibility or if just contacting subconscious.
Receiving from Master Teachers, Indian Guides, Spirit Guides and
Exterterestrials. Getting a little concerned.

What is prayer? I don't mean to be silly. As my father was a baptist
minister I virtually grew up in church and have seen and shared and gone
through the motions of prayer
so much that it feels silly and meaningless to me. I'd think that "god"
is hearing all that you think anyway, right? When you pray _for_
something, (assuming it comes to pass)
are you being given what you asked for? Or is prayer just when the ego
makes itself
willing to recieve the benefits "god" was trying to offer the whole time
that you weren't
actively accepting? When I worked in the factory and had lots of simple
manual work and lots and lots of walking, I basicly had my mind free to
wander most of the time.
I thought about god and the world all the time (mabey I was just trying
to escape the mundane meaningless factory life) but was that prayer? If
that is, I'd think it fair to say that I pray plenty, but if not, I'd say
that I almost never pray. Doesn't the word pray literally mean ask or
ask for?

Hi Gregory,
Please pardon this oversimplification. Altho I have the label "bipolar," I
have not been depressed in years. Whenever I feel the gears shifting (i.e.,
when I feel myself going into hypomania), I simply detach, observe, say, "Ah,
here goes the kundalini," and jot all my wonderful creative ideas down. I
expect--and accept--losing that night's sleep, don't work the following
day...& by the end of the week or so, catch up on my sleep & work
I highly recommend reading Darrell Irving's "Serpent of Fire." In HIS
opinion, bipolar and schizophrenic psychosis IS kundalini. Very comforting &
validating book for those to read who have been labeled "mentally ill." Take
