intoxicated drunk. A glimpse of cosmic consciousness cannot last forever.
Moreover, new challenges appeared in grounding these massive energy form,
necessitating extensive use of a spesific meditation. After these process,
my chakra system absorbed pain and suffering which is impersonal in the
first place, a hell of a suffering popping up from the collective
subconscious. My Reiki-healer characterized these emotional pain so extreme
and unspeakable that it was amazing that I was able to bare it.
This is paramount to understand for light workers of all agendas. The
ascended masters have told numerous times, that those, who in our troubled
times of NOW, these most climatic transition period before the dawn of the
Age of Aquarius, do not evolve in ways beneficiary for "the least of these"
- the honest, well-meaning, yet unenlighted ones in our society - are the
ANTI-CHRIST, that is, the adverse of the codes of conduct from their own
High Self.
While speaking about Buddha, observe that after his 3rd initiation under
the Bodhi-three - the rending of his 3rd veil of illusion - Gautama Buddha
went to the park of Benares, preaching the Four Noble Truths:
1) Everything is suffering (dukha)
2) The cause of the suffering is our covetous attitutudes
3) There exists a Nirvana - the extinguish or elimination of suffering
4) There exists a Path, preached by Gautama Buddha, leading to Nirvana
When the Light Body realm awards our lower body with it's healing waters of
immortality, we are anticipated to SHARE these unique diamond of Bliss.
These sharing is done on many levels, however, since more than 90 % of all
communication is non-verbal. Moreover, every light worker is a star,
shining on whole race segments. Esoteric, behind the scenes, acts of love
and support to multitudes are inherent in any new star, any new beacon of
light penetrating the dull auric atmosphere of Earth. Everytime you
overcome a spesific problem by spiritual means, everytime you heal a soul
disease, everytime you wash away grief, sorrow, depression in your hearth
and hara chakra, you affect multitudes with similar problems, similar
background, from a similar segment of race. You clear up the mass
subconscious from at least one of it's stumbling blocks. Isn't this a
wonderfull Truth to contemplate over ?
During my "silence" on these Kundalini-site, I've been extremly busy on the
physical, emotional and mental levels. I've been preoccupied as a guardian
watcher by my father's bed in a local hospital, just before he had to
amputate even more of his left foot. And although doped with morphin, and
almost unconscious, I communicated on a sublime level, helping him through
yet another critical phase concerning a matter of life and dead. The
melting of ice from above also had IMMIDIATE consequences for many people
I'm in contact with; even my teacher in Kriya Yoga experienced a sudden
release of a 12 year old trauma that night. We are all bound together in
the etheric web. We are all One / Won in the 4th Dimension !
And dear Nancy ! Maybe the meditation below can contribute to your material
about DNA. It's one of steps in Kriya Yoga. It relates to reprogramming the
memory of our body cells. Our body is holographic. Not only the brain has
memory. Our cells, our DNA, even our genetic code of Regeneration, has
memory. And the regenerative, sexual chakra, causing new genereations to be
born, through re-generation, is connected to DNA and Kundalini. I'm working
very hard at the moment on the physical cellular level, to break the chain
in an evil circle inherited from my parents, having been repeated for
generations. These practice is, however, difficult to describe correct
without paintings or prefereable: direct touch on some focal points in the
body.
In my very first posting on these Kundalini-site, I focused on the need to
balance two energy-poles. The traditional Kundalini Yoga has a tendency to
focus primary on the ASCENSION of Kundalini, paying no attention to the
DESCENSION on the Ultimate Light of Origination, the unborn Dharma-kaya,
integrating the physical body in itself, uniting the two so they become One
(Yoga).
In the Tibetan-chinese "direct Way" (Yar-gyi-sang-tal-chen-po), the Light
Body (Chos-sku), the "Inconceivable, Crystal Clear Limitless Light of
Origination", is compared with a silent sea of water without ripples
(relative attributes), while "overshadowing" by ascended masters, through
their Sambhoga-Kaya (the Divine Body of Absolute Completeness, one of the
Light Body manifestations) is symbolized by the blue sky and clouds,
reflected in the water.
This is the True meaning of the "Second Coming" of Sananda, who was both
Gautama Buddha and Jesus incarnated: The Second Coming and overshadowing of
an ascended master to prove that Death is an illusion, and the second
opportunity for mankind to marry their own physical and light bodies in the
incoming Age.
There are two other poles in our body which also needs to be balanced, in
addition to the upstream of the spine and downstream through meda nadi. It
is the right and the left side of our brain, representing two hemispheres
in the Yin / Yang paradigm, and their balance - causing the Ice to melt -
is the soil of these meditation.
THE KUNDALINI ASCENSION-PROCESS, THE AXIS OF ENERGY, THE FLOWERING, THE
SPLASHING WATERFALL AND THE MELTING ICEBERG
The meditation has two variants: A microcosmic and a macrocosmic circuit.
In the first one, the energy ascends from the testicles / ovaries; the
former, which I'm working so bitter-sweet with at the moment, starts
beneath the feets.
There are two spesific points beneath our the feets, between the toes and
the heels. From these points the energy moves upwards / downwards our
feets, respectivly. The Right Feet represents the cellular memory
inheritated from Your FATHER, the left foot the same memory from Your
MOTHER.
Just as Initiation allways becomes accelrated when just beeing CLOSE to a
light worker (influence through the etheric web), so does we inherit karma
from our tribe, race, family through their etheric doubles when beeing
babies. We inherit memories which are not of our own personal life, and
these memories are stored, regenerated in our cellular structure.
In all ancient religious tales about the Giants, they were described as
beeings with an incredible inherited memory. Even the Bible says so: "In
those days, when the sons of the gods had intercourse with the daugthers of
men and got children by them, the Giants [Nephilim] were on Earth, the
RENOWNED [remembering names] heroes of ancient times" (Genesis, 6,4). In
Europe, in times preceding our present "history", these ability to remember
from the akashic record the experiences of our predecessors, unfortunatly
led to an erronous doctrine of reincarnation long forgotten.
The twin energies of sexuality and emotions, concentrated in our root
chakra, goes through a transmutation, a frequency change, during it's
upwards movement. They move upwards the legs (where suppressed anger can
concentrate), further upwards on the inside of the thighs (two poles exists
just beneath the sexual organs). They continue through the testicles /
ovaries upwards to two twin points on each side of solar plexus.
>From there, they continue upwards, CROSSING each other in the chest,
passing the two nibbles, meeting in the spiritual heart, the secondary
8-bladed heart-lotus, the hridaya (beauty), symbolized in the Great Pyramid
by the Queens chamber.
>From here, the right stream continues through the left shoulder, and the
left stream through the right shoulder. When they meet the left and the
right hemispheres of the brain, the Chrone chakra blossoms, popping blade
after blade.
When the energy ascended meets the brain, one of two things happen: Either
the melting of the ice, the melting of a static, frozen connection between
the hemispheres, a static pattern of male and female energies. These
static, crystall-like and frozen field of duality MELTS, flows down through
the body, and filling it up downwards with Ananda - Bliss absolute, Tao
(beyond male and female).
The upstream and downstream through sushumna and meda nadis, is symbolized
with the rolling sea on a beach with upwards (masculine) and downwards
(feminine) waves of water. But during these process, "HIGH WATER" (TIDE),
is present. And these beautiful Royal Blue Cosmic Energy from above,
representing the BLUE LAGOON OF THE SEA, fills us with Bliss and Faith.
These Royal Blue water can also splash downwards as a waterfall, spilling
down from the brain, splashing like Niagara over the entire aura 1-2 feets
around you, immersing You with cosmic energy from the non-duality point
above the brain. The ascension of Energy and the waterfall, are
coordinated with inhaling and exhaling.

During these process, I've suffered from migraines - another reason for
silence, on July the 13th, July the 14th, July the 15th, July the 18th and
July the 21nd (two attacks of migraines in one single day) - attacks
causing loss of sight in an hour, followed by many hours of headache. It
has been difficult to answer You, while admidst these experiencing, beeing
contfronted with severe illness in the family and very much to do in an
underground work for human rights.
But what IS migraine ? It is imbalance between the left and the right
hemispheres of the brain. An imbalance in my soul needs to be rebalanced,
causing collective changes at the same time, in these Tidal wave of change,
flushing over our planet Earth. And during these practice, I feel the
energy so strong as if someone pressed very hard under my feets. It can
even generate physical pain, in other words.
Strong experiences, Yes. But tomorrow is yet promising, when these duality
is abolished by unity, the two poles are balanced during the Fusion between
the Light body and the physical body.

Paul, I am very proud of you. Blessings!!! Joy!
What you did in that dream, was to reclaim your inner child, and set
yourself free from a spell/curse/trance you have been under since that day.
Reclaiming your inner child is a kind of "soul retrieval".
I usually do this as a visualization with folks who experience a lot of
odd terrors.
First, I have them create in their mind, a "Fairy Godparent", who an as
image of themselves, older and wiser and perfected, clairvoyant with
limitless love, and magical powers, and anything else they want to add,
taller, prettier, whatever.. dress it up, make it real enough so you can
see it breathing.
. Then I have them imagine themselves seeing themselves as a small
child. I will ask them what the child is doing: usually it is crying and
huddled alone. I have them bring the fairy Godparent in, and take the child
onto it's lap and hold it and dry it's tears. Then I have them imagine the
Godparent saying to the child:
"I am here for you. I will always be here for you, I will stay with you
right here, go with you wherever you travel, and nothing will ever
separate us. I will protect you and defend you. When you hurt I will make
you feel better, when you are crying I will love you and dry your tears.
When you are confused I will explain things to you, and when you talk to
me, I will always listen. You don't ever have to be afraid or lonely again,
because I am here with you. I will play with you, laugh with you, and
teach you things that you want to know. Always and Forever. I love you
unconditionally, with no limits. You are my Godchild."
Does that give ya goosebumps or what?
Together forever they will be, and you will never suffer the fears and
torments of having an unfulfilled inner child, ever again. Powerful magic!
I did not create it, it came from a book, I think called "Reparenting
your inner child", but I read it synopsised in another book. When I first
did it, I had some fun with it, and it was not till later, going thru my
tough childhood memories wondering how I'd survived, that I realized she
really always had been there.. she was in my childhood memories. She was
the one who gave me words of comfort and wisdom, in my mind when the world
seemed inexplicably harsh. Since then I have figured out, that the
"Faerie Godparent" is the higher self. This magic moves back thru time..
the higher self is beyond time and space, the past is as mutable as the
future. With the help of the higher self, we can change the past. It is,
after all, only real in memory.
That is what you did, last night, my friend. You became your Higher
self, in order to comfort your inner child. You remember the feeling as
emotionless, yet you were acting with perfect compassion. THAT is the truth
of unconditional love. That is how it really feels. Detachment and
compassion both at once. You did not think of what to say next, the words
just flowed in the perfection of the moment. Goddess provides.
This enlightened detachment flowed into the next dream. No need to judge
or conform, just walk away. Being your Self. You know what it feels like,
now. Be guided by the memory of that feeling. Stay in the moment, but
notice when you feel it again..

I have recently discovered that the music in my head is indicative of
when I am in a trance state. The relevance came of being suggestable,
because you have been self-hypnotised since you were a child, to
anaesthetize yourself to this pain. Thus, you were not aware of it till
others got into your trance enough to point it out to you, and have it be
recognised as the song lyrics were being recognised.
Hmmmmm.. my friend, do you realize those who sought to be cruel to you,
on this list, were slapping your face out of love, trying to get you to
wake up?

Truly, you have it right: there is none of that, karmic fate stuff. It
is all ego- illusions. We make it up, coz it is all ego can encompass.
Perfection needs no lessons, no punishment or regrets or reasons, beyond
the purity of experience for it's own sake. Just Being. Acting in
compassion. Awesomely beautiful, is it not? Peaceful.

So you would know how powerful you are.
Free will.
Learning to choose differently.
But NOT to get bogged down in the karma. Your judgments of yourself in
that lifetime come from your ego, not from spirit. To spirit, it simply Is.

Magick, yes, exactly so. Yogis tend not to mess with probability as much.
I thought one of the other witches on the list would come forth to
explain it.. it's not very complicated, you've got it essentially already.
"As ye sow, so shall ye reap"
What goes around comes around.
GIGO (garbage in, garbage out)
Whatever you send out, returns to you multiplied.
Any thing you focus on, will grow.
change the world, by changing yourself.
Thoughts are things.
Be careful what you pray for, coz you are sure to get it.
The manifestation of synchronicity is recognized by us, because of how
it defies probability. It happens against all odds. Coz Goddess is
limitless, and the roulette wheel of life is totally rigged by a generous
Deity.
So creative visualization, prayer, spell casting, is asking Goddess to
pull probability in your favor, to draw the things you want into your life.
Here is an experiment you can do.. to see how it works. Think of a
small, odd thing of little value. Imagine it, in your hand as perfectly as
you can. Surround the vision with a pink bubble of your love for Goddess, a
golden glow or a blue bubble of K-fire.. and imagine blowing it away.
Watch it float off till it disappears from your mental view. This is
planting the seed.
Then watch for it. The object you sent out in the bubble is being drawn
to you physically at the speed of light. It will probably show up within a
week. You will reap what you have sown.
Choose a small thing to start, coz bigger things tend to get slowed down
or rejected by unconscious resistance.
If you get into doing this, there is one very important thing you must
realize.
You cannot forsee all of the ripples that will spread out in the
hologram from your act. You would not want your manifestation spell to
come from another's loss, or for it to turn out to be a "Trojan gift
horse". But, Goddess can see the big picture. So can your Angels.
So it is very important to add what I have lately been thinking of as a
"Free Will disclaimer", on these acts of applied free will.
The element of surrender to the higher good. None of that in the last
lifetime, eh? Your higher self said "bad idea", you said "do it anyways".
ALWAYS add: "or something even better, for the good of all and harm to
none, as Goddess wills." onto the end of any prayer, spell, visualization
or request that you do.
Thus, you are giving consent to have your vision altered and improved as
Goddess sees fit. So, you don't haveta worry about that "be careful what
you pray for" stuff. Goddess has it handled. She will switch the bad seeds,
(like you planted last lifetime without the disclaimer) for good ones that
will not bear the fruits of Regret.
If you ask Her to, and make it always a part of your intent.
Again, this is Magick, not yoga. OK to talk about it here, Magick is
Kundalini being made conscious use of.
Yoga suggests surrendering to Divine Plan, as likely to be superior to
anything you can come up with by meddling with spells. You already know
what kind of trouble you got into meddling with spells, last time..
Others will tell you such activities will slow your evolutions.. but
there are many paths, we are all unique. I find the more energy I send out,
the more I have.
Find what works for you. Your every thought is a prayer, anyways, so
everybody is a witch. The difference, is, whether you are aware enough of
the power of your thoughts to create your life, to discipline yourself away
from the thinking habits of fear, worry, guilt, etc.
It is because your dwelling on the guilt you feel is literally,
physically bad for you, and will continue to increase the longer you hang
onto it, that I urge you to stop. Say you're sorry and be done with it.
As for your other question of "why his higher self agreed"..
Sometimes I am drawn to give healing to someone whom I cannot practically
ask the consent of. In that instance, I ask the consent of their higher
self, instead.
Higher self is spirit, it sees all that stuff you are dissecting as all
part of the Grand adventure of Being. Maya. Comedy on TV. It knows that it
is only a game, and so it's usually up for anything.. It will agree to
events that the lower self won't enjoy.. but again, what goes around comes
around. Planting the seeds of disaster in the higher self of another, is
seeding 10x more bad weeds in your own path. Ask that your requests be
handled, with the divine free will disclaimer.. always in everything you do.

Wondering if the Master you saw had begun to manifest physically... I was

Huge joyous energy! Whoa! Takes a lot of K-fire to knock me for a loop..
wonderful doesn't describe it.. wow. That is why the door opened, outside
as well as inside.
She wanted you to know the truth of the cosmic promise She made, without
any chance of doubt. Absolutely, literally and beyond logic or
explanations. You knocked, the door opened. Goddess opened it Herself, for
you.

your own surrender that this event came to be.. not for your ego, coz you

Only because faith is bought in the coin of miracles. Goddess knows
this best, so the door opened.. simple, miracles. Faith is the most
precious commodity to troubled Kundalites. A grain, like mustard seed.. is
all it takes.. Share your bliss more widely, so it may return again to you
multiplied.

Cathy if you punch someone, there is no spirit, higher self or other
kind of entity that directed you in doing that. It WAS your choice.
We are making all the time choices, consiously and unconsciously. Even
when we do not make a choice we make the choice to remain unchanged :-)
Dear Cathy, how blessed you are for there is an instrument THAT powerful
you have with you that no (wo)man on earth is going to take it away, and
that is Free Will.
Free Will is a Divine Gift and we are free to use it the way we wish.
Spirits, gaurdian, higher selfs,etc may guide you but they are not going
to interfere with your free will. This one is yours and only yours! Many
times someone feels down, depressed, negative and says that he/she
didn't want this, that (s)he does not want to go on this way, and yet,
through free will one may choose something different than that
experienced until now...
Cathy, you have the tool, use it wisely, consciously or unconsciously.

The more fear is put forward, allowed to take control of oneself, the
more one 'looses' oneself. In fear one 'walks' bended, with sad or angry
face, totally closed to outside world.
In love one 'walks' straight, joyfully, open.
There is a cure for the fear dear one, it is Love.
